We are pleased to announce that Statseeker v25.3 is now available.

Statseeker v25.3 includes a major new alerting and notification feature called webhooks, together with updates to the UI and global search functionality.

Alerting HTTP Webhooks

We’ve introduced a new webhook feature in Statseeker Alerting Administration. HTTP webhooks send notifications via seamless, out-of-the-box integration between Statseeker and the most widely-used incident management and communications tools: Slack, PagerDuty, ServiceNow and MS Teams. What’s more, Statseeker offers additional flexibility to configure other third-party webhook integrations and supports multiple authentication methods.

By integrating with webhooks, Statseeker customers benefit from:

  • Faster issue response time and MTTA.
  • Cleaner workflows with an easy-to-integrate solution.
  • Granular configuration and control for specific use cases.
  • An alerting system that adapts to different teams, environments and business rules.

Statseeker continues to support scripted, email and Syslog alerts.

Global Search Update

A new search function has been added to the main product bar. The new functionality speeds up root cause analysis, with a single search providing results across devices, interfaces, reports, dashboards and administration tools.

  • Keeps a history of top 5 search queries, eliminates repetitive searches.
  • Shows the status of a device.
  • Dedicated links to contextual areas of the product per topic.
  • Supports keyboard shortcuts.
  • Simplifies onboarding for new users while making key features easy to find.
  • Multi-select filter support.
