Before Statseeker, most customers generated these reports by hand, sometimes taking as long as 15 working days a month to generate. Statseeker provides this report in five seconds.
Statseeker presents data to help network and IT Managers control their service levels. As an example, detailed device and interface SLA reports provide drill downs from summary level data to the raw events within seconds.
Some of our customers use the Interface Group Availability report to simply track the performance of WAN or other user created interface groups easily and then use these reports in reviews with service providers.
Advanced analysis into individual events show the hour, minute and second the event was recorded, plus the duration and any user added notes to quickly identify why parts of the infrastructure are not performing or meeting SLA targets.
Look at SLA transitions to see how many times a group, device or interface state changed – use this to pick up interfaces that are ‘flapping up and down’ and devices that have many small outages inside business hours or critical service time periods.
