Statseeker Customer Portal Launch: New One-Stop Resource
Statseeker is dedicated to quickly solving time-sensitive issues and giving our customers the tools they need to stay productive with our software. With those goals in mind, we are very pleased to announce the launch of the Statseeker Customer Portal. The customer portal has been designed to centralize and improve the overall customer experience. We will be constantly developing and enriching the customer portal to provide a one-stop resource and knowledge base.
The Support section of the customer portal allows you to initiate and check the status of support calls. It provides visibility of all support calls within your company. You can see a list of all open support calls and browse earlier support calls to gain insight into past issues.
The Downloads section delivers direct access to the latest Statseeker software download links and custom data request packages. You can also access all customized reports developed for Statseeker software.
The Message Center facilitates direct messages between Statseeker and our customers. Direct message topics may include questions regarding customer accounts, Statseeker product news and updates, etc.
The Campaign Subscription Center enables you to set and update your email preferences for all Statseeker marketing and communication with ease. You also have the opportunity to instantly update your login email address and password for the customer portal.
Please be advised that you will need to be on Version 5.x to be able to access the customer portal. If you have not already, we encourage you to upgrade to Version 5.0 to take advantage of the many new product features and customer portal access.
To gain access to the customer portal please email our Customer Satisfaction team. Once you have access to the customer portal you can then log in using the Login link on our website. The customer portal contains a link to the Customer Portal User Guide.
